I don't always get up early in the morning.Even if I've got enough sleep,I rarely leapout of bed in a hurry to go.Transitioning from rest to activity just challenges me.  36One thing that has made a really good impact is to sleep with the window a little openwhen it is safe and the weather is not very cold.  37 Especially,as spring starts tobrighten up,the morning air and wind can make me wake up in the sound sleep and greet themorning.
